Proctologists in Cancún
with 28 years of experience
Unlike a general surgeon, a proctologist is a specialist who has focused their training and practice on diseases of the colon, rectum and anus. That means more accurate diagnoses, more targeted treatments and more predictable results for the patient.
At ProctoMed we offer what no other practice in Quintana Roo can: non-surgical treatments such as rubber band ligation of hemorrhoids — procedures that avoid the operating room and let patients return to their activities the same day.
If you have bleeding when going to the bathroom, pain when sitting, anal itching, a feeling of a lump or any discomfort in the anorectal area, don’t ignore it.
The most experienced proctologist in Quintana Roo
Dr. Victor Manuel Cabrera Narváez graduated from the UNAM School of Medicine, completed his residency in General Surgery at Hospital O’Horán in Mérida and his fellowship in Coloproctology at Hospital General de México, graduating in 1998.
Since 2003, Dr. Cabrera has been based in Cancún, dedicated exclusively to proctology, becoming the most experienced specialist in anorectal diseases in Quintana Roo.
